Excellent hotel, I was there for two nights , the staff was great the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet was so good it was a pleasure to be there,all my family loved it , I highly recommended we did the all inclusive so we can enjoy even better. Emporio Ixtapa Hotel was nice. The staff is very welcoming from start to finish, the food options were good. The room cleaning was punctual like always and everyone always answered questions very nicely. It’s not a luxurious hotel, but I would much rather stay at a central location hotel with amazing staff, good food, than an expensive hotel with the a bad beach, horrible food and workers who think they’re all that and a bag of chips. I would stay there again and again!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff was exceptional and very nice and courteous the breakfast buffet was outstanding i’m very happy with my stay there. It was my first time and I would recommend it for anybody beautiful place and the staff was amazing.

Very friendly staff. The property only had one functioning elevator which was awful. We paid for the all inclusive and the food was delicious.However, reservations are required in order to have dinner on the property. We failed to make reservations two days in a row because they no longer had availability at their restaurants.

The room was clean. We had an ocean view that was spectacular. All the staff were great, from the staff that greet you, the front desk staff, maids, and wait staff. All very friendly and went out of theirvway to help.
