"This is far from a luxury hotel.I’m first of all when you show up, there was no one at the door because the hotel is on the 25th floor and there is a telephone to call upstairs if you need help, but it does not work. So if you need help with longer, you are on your own. Second of all, the rooms are tiny and tired. The people who work there are very polite if a little rigid, but overall very accommodating. We booked a room for two people which turned out to be so small that the queen size bed was shoved up against the wall, so one person would have to disturb the other to get out of bed and the closet had only enough space for two hangers. Front Desk initially refused to make the change until we contacted. Hotels.com and the manager stepped in and moved us to a slightly bigger room. He was very nice. The breakfast which we paid an additional $49 a day for was at very best mediocre. The setting was lovely with lovely views, but the food options that the buffet were not commensurate with other luxury hotels. I’ve stayed in Asia. Overall, a solid three star hotel."

"Nothing, and I truly mean nothing, fell short of exceptional. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was warmly greeted and escorted up to the lobby. The check-in staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. When they learned it was my birthday, they surprised me with a complimentary gift, which made the experience feel even more special. The room offered a completely breathtaking view, and the daily breakfast was superb. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough, and the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, making it easy to walk wherever I needed to go. For my first trip to Japan, choosing this hotel was absolutely the right decision. If I had the chance to do it all over again, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second. I highly recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed."

"The location was great as a couple traveling from with a 10 years old. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. Good hub to go to Disney and to see the city. It is in a quiet pocket that is close to transit. Away from the busy main street, but an easy walk to Hamamatsucho or Diamon stations. Close to Tokyo tower, and an interactive arcade (Red°). Plenty of neighborhood shops and restaurants nearby that offer affordable meals (Izakaya's with lively locals). Some excellent breakfast treats nearby (Boulangerie Noli et Nori, everything is delicious, croissants and egg salad sandwiches are amazing). Plenty of convince stores if you need to stretch your budget. We ate once at the hotel restaurant for breakfast, it was very good. We enjoyed exploring the variety, with some good Western options. "
