One elevator was out of service and the other broke down while we were there. A paper note was posted on the elevator once it was "fixed" stating "limit 2 riders". The room I booked was supposed to be a double queen suite, however it turned out to be a regular double queen. When my dissatisfaction was brought to the managers attention, she didn't seem to care and wasn't very sympathetic or even apologetic. Said the issue with the room was Expedia, not the hotel. And as for the elevator, sorry nothing we can do about that. I was on the 4th floor and have bad hips. Not a pleasant experience.
