Jacksonville, Florida hotel rooms at the Red Roof Inn

"My stay was wonderful, the room was clean and had all the amenities. I was unprepared for the shuttle experience because I wasn't aware I had to call for the shuttle when I arrived until searching my phone for a number to call. I finally get the shuttle called for and they arrived very shortly after. The driver was really nice an we talked the short drive to the hotel and I had so much fun. The check-in was a pleasant experience also, the interaction was very authentic, very pleasant, and approachable. One thing that I think should change in the design of the bathroom is the size it's so small and the door is an entrance door making it so large that you have to practically hug the door to get inside, I practically feel over the toilet to shut the door, the designers could have given that more thought. "

"Clean room & bathroom. (room 1607) Shower head needs to be replaced with a 2026 version that actually provides good water pressure and a wide spray. The current shower head is a joke - no pressure, tiny spray area. Entry door to our room had a big gap at bottom allowing noise and hall light into room - we had to put a bath towel across threshold. We did not appreciate and we dispute the PARKING charge because half of the hotel’s parking lot was EMPTY all weekend! Also this parking charge was not disclosed during our online booking."

"The front desk clerk at check in was amazing! She went above and beyond. I believe her name was Tabitha. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful!"

"The breakfast menu was great! The hot tub was only warm… The restaurant had an amazing burger and the drinks were delicious☀️ Caroline in the bar was excellent!! Ann from Jamaica was also top notch customer service as was Erik who checked us in and out- always happy and ready to accommodate! Thanks for a wonderful week. Think about a smoking area… that would be best, an alternative to fines and welcoming🤩"

"No one at the check-in desk for 10 minutes when I arrived. I could hear them Laughing in the back. Provided no water in the room or at breakfast. Free breakfast was low quality foods. "
