"Here’s a polished version: The property is excellent overall, and we really enjoyed our stay. However, the location is quite far from the city centre, and getting around can be challenging due to the limited availability of public transportation nearby. I would highly recommend that the property consider arranging a complimentary shuttle service at scheduled times for guests who want to visit the market or other well-known attractions. We had already spent one day exploring through a tour, but having a shuttle option would make the stay much more convenient, especially given how far the property is from the city centre."

"Hands down the best hotel I have stayed at anywhere in the world, and I've travelled a decent bit. The hotel is amazing, like something out of a fairy tale. Every thing is exquisite. "The hotel is so beautiful and comfortable. All the staff are super helpful, kind, and communicative. The front desk (I forgot his name) went out of his way to receive a package and get another one picked up. The location is also great- you can walk or easily find a tuktuk outside, and there are plenty of shops and sightseeing around. At the same time, it was so peaceful and somehow the outside noise didn't carry in. Wish I could've stayed longer!"
