가성비 좋은 호텔
자카르타 시내에 위치한 호텔로 방문처가 가까워 예약했는데 대부분 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인시 전망 좋은 방을 부탁했는데 바로 방을 바꿔주었고 처리 속도도 빠른편 입니다. 룸 컨디션이나 조식도 만족했으며, 가성비도 좋았습니다. 다만 방에 욕조가 없어 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 직원 교육이 잘 된 호텔이라는 생각을 했습니다.

23층에 배정받았는데.. 제가 자카르타에 20번 이상 다녀본 경험으로 상위순위에 올리고 싶음 호텔임.. 특히, 전망이 좋았고,, 흡연실이 가능한 점이 놀라웠음.. 화장실에서 바퀴벌레 한마리를 발견한 것은 아쉽지만,, 숙면 하기에 좋은 침대였고,, 조식 부페는 평범..주변에 아무것도 없어서 택시타고 외부로 나가서 점심이나 저녁을 해결함.. 7시에 쿠닝안 몰에서 호텔로 돌아오는데.. 3.5km 오는동안 1시간 걸림.. 그랩을 이용했는데 30,000 IDR..미안해서 더 많은 비용을 지불함.

1. Deposite fee by credit card was not refunded to my account. Fee (USD 161.004) payed on August 5, it was not yet payed back to me from the Hotel Mercure Gatots. 2. For just 2 hours, we booked the conference room. The fee for conference room for 10 persons was so expensive (Rp 3,500,000). I was so upset and angry. By several claims, I could reduce the half of fee (Rp 1,500,000). I could not understand because of business room is normaly no charge for service.

For your information, our normal meeting room charge is IDR.3.500.000 net/ minimum 2 hours usage. Since you are our loyal guest then we agreed to decided only to charge you for meeting room usage at IDR.1.500.000,-net/2 hours. To cover all of your extra expenses we need to do card verify on your credit card amount IDR. 2.200.000,-, but upon check out you are preferred paying by cash instead of using amount on your credit card pre-authorization, and the amount supposed to automatically release within 2 weeks’ time after pre-authorization date (hopefully today August 19 already released). Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very well appointed, had a great view and the bed is comfortable. The staff is very helpful and responsive. On our first day, our room neighbors had 2 rooms and they were making so much noise in the hallway from 4:45am to 7am that it woke us up. The receptionist handled the situation very well and agreed to change our room. The only con I can see with the rooms is that you can hear your neighbor's room bell, which might bother you. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised at how new, clean and comfortable this place is. The front desk staff and other staff were very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The view from the room is also spectacular that you can even enjoy the night view of Jakarta. The breakfast was delicious with many menu provided. Overall a very good stay here!

Lovely stay
Our first trip to Jakarta & we love this hotel. Room is very clean, size is big, bed is comfy and staff are very helpful. The only thing is the hotel is right beside the highway so a little traffic noise can be heard during the night but it’s acceptable.

Check in/Front desk - Great staff Lovely rooms. Although thin walls/doors and you can hear the room next door through the gap in the doors for adjoining rooms. On site restaurant lacked knowledgeable staff and overpriced poor quality food that was served cold and very slow service. Pool area - well staffed and worth a visit. Not much to see or do on foot in the local area. Overall - value for money.

A good hotel for a quick overnight stay. Staff could be a little more helpful at checkin.

Disappointed ☹️
Hotel was ok, quiet comfortable. However, breakfast was such a letdown: tasteless, bland and mass produced. The restaurant was overcrowded and the service was poor, tables with no cutlery and food choices were limited. In summary, rooms are nice and comfortable as per the 4* rating but, restaurant and food are definitely 2* at most. For the same price try the Aston.
