For your information, our normal meeting room charge is IDR.3.500.000 net/ minimum 2 hours usage. Since you are our loyal guest then we agreed to decided only to charge you for meeting room usage at IDR.1.500.000,-net/2 hours. To cover all of your extra expenses we need to do card verify on your credit card amount IDR. 2.200.000,-, but upon check out you are preferred paying by cash instead of using amount on your credit card pre-authorization, and the amount supposed to automatically release within 2 weeks’ time after pre-authorization date (hopefully today August 19 already released). Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence.
