Staff was exemplary and very welcoming, even after check out I accidentally forgot my necklace in the hotel room and Christopher the hotel manager helped me to retrieve it immediately, jewelry was still in the room. I am so greatful for the staff there.I will definitely be staying there in my future trip to Mexico City. Location is perfect, short walk to famous museums, zoo and park.
