"after hours check in process was a little strange. hotel management slid the key under the locked office door. shower was bare bones, nothing special. although it may look sketchy on the exterior, the room was great! no issues during my brief stay."

"We attended a wedding nearby and only stayed one night so I can only speak to the quality of the room and the staff. The exterior of the hotel is lovely, with a Tuscan vibe. There were free yellow bikes out front that anybody could use to either ride on their own or ride in tandem with another. I thought it was a nice touch, but we didn't have time to use them. The room was clean, the beds were a little too soft for our taste, but it was fine overall. Still, I don't think it was worth $600 for the night. I would have preferred more modern furniture and finishings in the room. It seemed a bit fusty, even if they're going for a Tuscan vibe. What really shined is their customer service. I had to make a change to the reservation I booked through a Hotels. com but it was incredibly difficult to get any cooperation from that site. Conversely, I spoke to at least five different people at Allegretto to resolve this and they were so attentive, even calling me back to update me on the situation. I felt like they really wanted to get the best outcome for me and eventually, they did. No thanks to Hotels.com, which I'll never use again."

"I just spent one night to come see my horse at a show close by. I came with my infant. This place worked really well for travel with my kiddo. The staff was very helpful and kind. The location was easy. The unit was super clean and had a great little kitchenette! It made it easy to wash bottles, load kid stuff in and out of the car. This place worked very well for what I needed."
