"Our stay in Richmond at the Drury was amazing! The only downside to complain about was, there was some sort of soccer tournament going on and lots of kids. Which was fine, other than a group of them continually ran our hallway and knocking on doors and running away. They were in the room right next to ours. The first night we complained and they were trying to figure out what they could do to prevent it. The next night it was happening and management steeped in and saved the day. Thank you so much for the great stay and great food!"
