“The staff was warm and very friendly. We stayed in the tiki styled rooms which I found dated. The one problem I had was amenities, i.e., laundry facilities, if I’m going to spend a week at a beach resort, I would love to not have to pay $4 to wash the sand out of my bathing suits. They could also benefit from a partnership with a livery service. I don’t drive when I’m vacationing, especially in a foreign country. There’s no way to get away from the resort except very expensive cabs. ”

“It was not activities at all on the resort. The staff were rude upon check in did not tell us anything about the resort what so ever not food amenities anything. No one directed us on how to get to our rooms. The rooms were never cleaned our entire stay. The AC in the room could not be adjusted. The pool chairs and chairs in dining room were disguising.
