โStaff made us very welcome and the shuttle service was excellent. The dining at the hotel was a very special experience (our first). An excellent choice.โ
โFantastic!
If you are looking for the plushest hotel with facilities everywhere โฆ then not for you.
If you want a beautiful traditional ryokan with access to the baths, clean showers and great service where the staff go extra without even asking then stay here.

โImpeccably clean, nice hot onsen, super helpful front desk. Cozy comfy beds. We donโt try the food but we will next time because it smelled delicious. *expedia site is WRONG - itโs not a 3 minute walk to ski resort - Itโs a 30 min drive.โ
โLe Ryokan est superbe. Le personnel trรจs serviable et accueillant.les bains trรจs agrรฉables. Exactement ce que nous รฉtions venus chercher et mรชme plus encore โ

And the food was amazing and a wonderful experience. We had 3 breakfasts and 3 dinners and they were all...
