All food at the casino was excellent and affordable. There was a few issues at the casino that i feel staff was poorly trained on with no communication. Although all staff and management was very polite and helpful resolving issues

Clean and tidy, big room good view, but someone left a needle in my room before I checked in, pretty horrible part.

Food options were good and the two restaurants that we ate at were high quality. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. Internet access was typical for the free version where sometimes it worked and sometimes it did not. The location of the hotel was very convenient for our purposes. The pool area was nice. The main pool was not very heated but nice if you kept moving. The only concern was when we got back to the room after being gone the toilet was still running and when we went to address it found mold in the tank of the toilet which was unfortunate. Otherwise all was good.

Great spot for veterans

This hotel is my absolute favorite. The beds r extremely comfortable, spacious bathrooms & comfy couch with a nice kitchen set. The pools r awesome & I don’t know what they do to keep them so cool with the outside temps being so hot but the pool temps r perfect. They have Smashburgers, Tony Lukes & Wetzel Pretzels. Love the Rio!!!!
