The staff and the lady in the reception was very very kind. I had to cancel my reservation and she was very Professional and kind helping me figure out how. Very clean comfy room. The only thing it’s far from the downtown otherwise we loved how clean the room were and how kind the lady was :)

Nice hotel and well situated.

Globally I have enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. Staff was very helpful, clean and big room, great breakfast. Truly appreciated the electrical plugs which are compatible with EU plugs. Shower floor needs a refresh. AC outside unit noise to fix.

my late check out went well but I made a mistake and asked ffor a smoking room. I was given a room without windows. however, I asked for a chenge the next day as I was going to spend a gret deal of time in the room, and the staff was fantastic and changed my room to a sea front. overall, hotel is very nice, well located and with a great breakfast.

The hotel is 3/5 I’d say. Main issues - my room didn’t have a window, and rooms without windows can sometimes feel claustrophobic. I think all rooms should have windows. There is an AC unit, but it’s very loud within the room so not want you would want on at night. The gym is very good and has a lot in there. Room service food is below standard for the prices charged. Good hotel for a quick business trip - not if you want to relax.
