I was able to still check in after the worst experience of the days inn the customer service was great. The state was wonderful. Bear was comfortable felt like he was at home. It was very convenient for us. I appreciate you. I love the fact that you were willing to still check in at the late hour that I checked in, the guy was still helpful and friendly. I appreciate the stay at best Western. Thank you so much for asking my opinion. Keep doing what you’re doing and hiring.

"Tiles loose in bathroom. Shower didn’t fully come on. I felt like I was taking a shower and bath at the same time as faucet kept running. Shower curtain was torn. Tv was working. I finally realized it was unplugged for whatever reason."
