Jeffersonville - Clarksville, Indiana hotel rooms at the Extended Stay America

"Front desk staff was difficult to understand, pool was very nice but the bar overlooks it which was a touch uncomfortable, website said breakfast included but it was not. Room was nice and clean , the blankets were basically just sheets though and it was chilly, no microwaves in room which is difficult with children. The biggest issue was we were put in the “A” wing on a high floor.. the only way to get luggage up there is through the front which is an extremely long walk to the room, there was no luggage carts when we checked in (and I asked and waited and still none could be located) and the one we got on check out was EXTREMELY broken I was at this hotel as a single parent with 3 small children (2,5 and 9) so couldn’t leave them in the room But they also couldn’t walk back and forth over this distance over and over and over They also told me to bring my luggage in then move my car to the back door but the key opener on the back door doesn’t work. Between all this issues and how difficult it was to find I will Not be staying at this hotel again "

"Best complementary breakfast ever and the staff is pretty sharp attending it, I’ll stay there again just for that…. Rooms are ok but the building itself is not good and the location is sketchy, pretty close to the convention though…. Overall it is a place just to just sleep and get a really good breakfast with a staff that actually care about it"

"Upon arrival, great! Woke up to a bed bug on me, they moved me rooms said they would refund and has taken well over 48 hours and still no refund. The new room, no outlets worked, the floor was disgusting, blood on the walls. Would I stay again: only if I absolutely had to. "

"Requested a late check out and was only given a half hour, staff in bar and hotel were rude, could not even get a complimentary toothbrush."

"The room and area was great. The included breakfast with my booking was a joke.. the only restaurant that was open for the breakfast only had buffet so they did not honor our voucher"

"We let hotel staff know we would be checking in late, and they said that would not be a problem. However, there was not a room available for us when we arrived. We were told they had to put a room out of commission and there were no more available. No one tried to contact us prior to arrival to let us know, and after waiting for about 20 minutes at the front desk for everything to get sorted out, they ultimately sent us to another hotel."
