"Wow...Hidden little gem of a place. The staff there is amazing and so welcoming and friendly. Cabins are cute and cozy. If you are looking for a place to get away from the hectic city this is a place you can definitely find your inner peace. Very kid friendly and lots of activities to do. Wonderful pool area overlooking the lagoon. Cheers to the owners and staff here you are all doing an amazing job!!! Keep up the great work at making vacation memories for people."

"Overall the room was comfortable and reasonably clean. You could not see through the glass doors on the wardrobe, they were so grubby with fingerprints everywhere and stains on the lounge, probably could do with a good steam clean. Even though it was summer, the pool looked like it could do with a good clean. I did not have a spare toilet roll. I know it was the weekend, but the office was not open, and I could not ask for extra coffee or the toilet paper. I had to leave around 10.00am each...

"Great central location. Excellently priced accommodation and the staff were very friendly. I was there to research and potentially buy property, so I wasn't very social but i'll be back again soon to the Valley and there is only one place I will stay. Many thanks to everyone at the Commercial, Oh and the food was excellent!!"

"Clean comfortable Cabin. Beds were good. We were able to cook a leg of lamb with roast vegies and cook green vegies. Really appreciated the cooking facilities. The gum trees at the back were beautiful and there was a lovely aroma from them."

"Booked through Expedia, sight unseen, we were pleasantly surprised. Warmly greeted on arrival by Corinne (and a couple of rascally Furkids), we were shown the premises and given a choice of rooms with a theme. We took "Africa" and were not disappointed. "The accomodation is on a large property overlooking the lake. The room was large and comfortable with a private balcony overlooking the lake. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The decor is a bit dated, but still in excellent condition. The property is well maintained. We would happily stay there again. "
