"Only problem I had was the microwave would make noise every time I used it and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. I had my 1 year don with me, So trying to make sure he didn’t go in there Or put his hands in the toilet. I had to keep going back in forth after him. He’s a toddler & at the Exploring stage. Other than that, everything was fine. "

"I'm only being honest because this is the only way that a business can improve...the fall decorations in the revolving door look very tired and do not give the feeling I think they intended to...the landscaping on the side of the building by the open air courtyard/seating area needs some attention. Besides that, my stay was comfortable, I loved my room and the view (tall lamp didn't work though). I would still come back because I don't view these issues as a major problem but perhaps other people might."

"The hotel was perfect for anyone needs to go manhattan New York on a budget. The shuttle bus is fabulous option the the drivers are great specially “ Florencio “ was very helpful and nice. I highly recommend this place."

"Loved this hotel! My girlfriend and I got it to see NYC and the location was fantastic! Not only that but down the street is the bus station to get into the city! It’s only about a 20 min ride! Even better, the whole street has a bunch of food places like chili’s and Starbucks and even a Walmart. Our room was the double bed room on the fourth floor, super clean room with a nice bathroom mirror, no fan for the bathroom so you will get a steam room after a hot shower! Staff was fantastic as well as the free parking with staying there. Only complaints would be the set up for the free breakfast was very chaotic, they need to organize it better lots of people just standing around and the bread station was horrific if you didn’t get there early. The options were good, and the fancy coffee machine was wonderful. And the elevators were a little spooky at times with no working buttons and random drops. Other than that it’s a great place to stay and I recommend if you’re planning on going to New York City! Thanks Best Western!"
