“Overall, my stay was okay, but there were a few disappointments. The room I was given was very small, and even the beds seemed smaller than the ones I had during my previous stay. Check-in also took much longer than expected because the night staff were experiencing computer issues. While the staff were polite, the technical problems made the process slow and inconvenient.”

“Our room closet did not have any hangers. There was no coffee machine in the room, which was a disappointment. The staff did not clean the room unless you requested it. It would’ve been better if it was at least done twice that week since we stayed the full week.”
