It is closed to the city stores market everything convenient. The other property on the beach was under construction I was not amazed about that but once is finished it will be nice place to stay. Thank you Isabel

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was truly farm to table. The only downside is the staff can use more help. Just analyzing and realizing their current staff helps each other and everyone does everything to ensure you're comfortable. I feel the administration should help the staff more by giving them more help.

This hotel is a magical oasis on Playa Shalpa, a beautiful and secluded black-sand beach. The hotel has a lovely pool that my family and I loved swimming in every day. The staff was kind and accommodating. The food was excellent. We did not want to leave. We miss waking up every morning to hearing the waves.

The property has been stripped down. There's no fridge or kitchen area, as shiwn in the pics. This is important. My wife and I both have medication that needs to be jept cool. The beds are completely unsuitable for couples. There's NO blankets. Pillows are small, mattresses are small. The approach to the property is a very rudimentary 2-Track that WILL damage a vehicle if extreme care isn't exercised.
