"Have is a room on the 1st floor. The laminate floor was buckled and lifting up. Looked like a trip hazard, so we asked for a different room. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor. The bedspread had spots on it and the carpet was dirty. I didn't like walking on it in bare feet. The hallways and elevator smelled of people smoking weed. We left our window open to air it out. On a post note the breakfast was good. "

"The photographer they hired for the pictures for the room listing understood the assignment. Definitely was a bit more run down than it looked in the photos. Certainly not that bad of a thing. I didn’t expect a ton from a city motel. To sum it up you get what you pay for, and I was happy with what I got for the price."

"This is my go to place to stay from now on when I go to the Seattle area. I feel everything and everyone was top."

"Very pleasant stay, lobby, hallways, elevator and most importantly the room smelled very good. My son, daughter and I stayed in a suite with 2 double beds and a couch with pullout bed. The room was very comfortable complete with microwave, fridge, coffee/tea maker, desk and 2 televisions. Nestled on a quiet service road between Seattle and Renton, everywhere we went was usually 10-15 minutes away. I would definitely stay again."

"Room was clean, Sucks that they've had only one elevator out of 3 working for the past year and no plans to fix that so it's an issue when you go get breakfast or try to check out at the same time as other guests. Pool heater was broken and they said they did not know when that would be fixed. Bar staff in the morning must of been in a bad mood, I asked if they had a straw for my toddler, she replied yes so when I followed her back to the bar and waited then asked again she made a face and threw the straw on the counter. I would consider asking if some issues are taken care of next time I plan to book there. Which now would be a last option."
