"The room is clean, the staffs are helpful. The breakfast is okay. Parking was safe and there a lot of space."

"The room was very clean and set up nicely! Everything worked great and the staff were helpful and nice! The only issue we had was that the elevator was not working on our second day there. It was a Saturday and the staff assured us that they were working to get it fixed as soon as possible! By check out the next day the issue with the elevator had been resolved! All in all it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay! I will definitely come back and recommend to others! "

"I actually feel bad rating this as low as i did but since one man's behavior made us decide we will never stay there again i suppose the rating is fair. There was a gentleman working the evening shift Saturday night who was a real a$$####! We got back from a day out exploring and dinner and the parking situation was terrible. You mean you pay $20 for parking and there are not enough spots? We drove around the building twice with no luck finding a spot so we came back to the front to park in a valet only spot. Just as we were about t i get out an employee pulled out of another spot so we parked there but it had a sign for the coffee place only. So we went inside and were trying to explain this to him but he just wanted to argue saying there were 55 spots available. No they were all occupied but he continued. This man needs to leave customer service. Other than that everyone was nice and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice in the morning too. If he were gone I'd go back otherwise. Good luck I'm sure he will cost this hotel more business!"

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having the kitchen was nice eventhough we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. It was in a quiet area of Renton with shopping a d food close by."

"I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it technically served its purpose, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again. The room itself had some noticeable cleanliness and maintenance issues. The carpet appeared quite dirty, with visible stains that made the space feel less comfortable. The shower setup was also unusual; the curtain was installed with what looked like a DIY wooden plank, which didn’t seem appropriate or secure. Additionally, the hotel is advertised as smoke-free, but my room had a strong smell of smoke that was very off-putting and hard to ignore during my stay. Overall, the room met the requirements for a place to sleep, but due to the cleanliness concerns and overall condition, I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
