"Clean and spacious room with nice shower. The staff are very patient and helpful. Many reasonable and great restaurants nearby. Easy access to metro and very walkable to Myedong street and castles. I would come back and stay in this hotel again."

The service was A+ and staff went above and beyond at each step of our stay. I'd like to add that we were celebrating our honeymoon and received a handwritten congratulations note in our room, which was incredibly thoughtful and a wonderful touch. Thank you for that! "The room was great. The bag of hotel amenities was generous. The location is fantastic. Tons of great restaurants nearby."

"Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early."
