Avoid this hotel

The hotel wouldn’t give me a 2nd dry towel in a 2 day stay. The WiFi didn’t work, TV didn’t work, and was double charged for cleaning. I was forced to pay 2 cleaning fees before sending the WiFi password and WiFi never worked. The bathroom was not cleaned prior to arrival. They wouldn’t refund the 2nd cleaning fee.

Estadia horrível

Ficamos durante a estadia de 7 dias sem internet e tv, sem serviço de quarto, os corredores e elevadores com odor muito forte de lixo e sujeiras, o banheiro da área da piscina muito sujo, a piscina não foi ligada o spa em nem uma dia de nossa estadia, não tivemos comunicação com proprietário a fim de resolver os problema descritos...enfim finalizamos nossa estadia sem nem um problema resolvido.

Anúncio não coerente com a realidade

A acomodação do anúncio não é a mesma que está nas fotos, a começar pela estrutura que mostra, sofá, mesa, fogão e não tinha nada disso. A limpeza está HORRÍVEL, o banheiro está com odor insuportável! Tinha todos acessórios para cozinha para cozinhar, inclusive panelas mas não tinha fogão, e contávamos com ele e tivemos mais despesas por isso, e tentamos resolver mas não tivemos retorno. A limpeza mandaram no dia seguinte e tivemos que comprar e limpar produtos de limpeza para passar a noite. E faltava muitos acessórios da cozinha. Ficamos TODOS os 7 dias sem wi-fi, que também não foi solucionado! A Ax administradora não resolveu nada, e a comunicação com eles é muito limitada e sem solução pra nada. O condomínio Way oferece uma excelente estrutura em geral, os funcionários são educados mas a administradora do nosso flat AX é péssima, não indicamos! Tivemos uma péssima experiência, anúncio não coerente com a realidade, vende algo que não é e não dão suporte!

Hospedagem muito boa, com excelente localização e acesso a vários restaurantes próximos. Flat novinho com toda a estrutura necessária para uma estadia confortável. Valew super a pena e recomendo. Está localizado na principal avenida da cidade e peguei a temporada de pré carnaval com direito a camarote vip de trios elétricos que passavam na porta, amei.

Bom

O flat é lindo e as camas com travesseiros confortáveis, no anúncio falava de alguns itens como secador de cabelo, sabonete, shampoo e não tinha nenhum desses, também faltou uma toalha e duas fronhas mas tentamos entrar em contato com o proprietário e o mesmo não respondeu de forma alguma.

Alguns pontos precisam sem melhorados: a comunicação com a propriedade para obter informações básicas como Wi-Fi, o cookie top não funcionou, não há duchinha no banheiro, as luzes para os espelhos não são boas, os elevadores n têm identificação qual serviço, qual social, a rampa de acesso de veículos é ruim, tem batentes no meio que fazem com q a pessoa precise desembarcar para interfonar o que gera uma situação de risco, o acesso à recepção por fora não está muito claro.
