“Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.”

“This hotel is the perfect location for concerts at the Mark. Plenty of parking in the garage, clean and spacious rooms. Staff was so sweet and friendly and asked how the concert was and chatted. Just such a great experience. Highly recommend.”

“Room looked fine but the ac didn’t work and the shower sprayed everywhere. Water was also extremely hot once you switched from cold to hot. Breakfast ends at 9:30 as well so you better be a earlier riser if you plan on getting the included breakfast”

Cons: sink in room had a constant small stream of water, bathroom outlet didn’t work, one outlet by bed was loose so charger kept quit working until jiggled, breakfast room ran out of coffee cups at 7:00am, cracked picture in room, no towels or cleaning supplies in fitness room, lobby and breakfast room were hot, no microwave in breakfast room for the oatmeal. “Clean rooms and friendly staff”

“There was no television at all. The jacuzzi was cold and nobody would Turn it up. The staff guy that came to my room tried to get tv to work. Won’t stay again”

“A wonderful hotel close to the airport and interstate and within 2 miles of many restaurants. Exceptionally clean, nice pool, hot tub and fitness room. Bed was very comfortable and would have like to take the pillows home with me. Staff was very nice and check in was easy. Really nice breakfast. Coffee is fresh ground for each cup. A nice bonus. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel.”

“The washing machines are filthy. I wasted time getting change and paying for detergent only to find them disgusting with dirt mold etc. The room was okay could have been cleaned better. There were stains on the carpet and some mold in the shower amongst other things. I also requested a pack n play for my twin babies to sleep but it had no guard/ sheet was torn, had stains from vomit/pee/milk. And food crumbs fell from it when I opened it. I obviously didn't use it. So I had to stay up and watch...

“I did have someone else's hair in my shower, so that was a bit icky. I will say the young, blonde receptionist who checked me in late at night and also checked me out at 5am was a SUPERB employee. Always smiling and even walked me to my room late at night when my key wasn't working :)”
