"Gentleman at the desk was so helpful in finding spaces for us to park our U-Haul trucks. I wish I could remember his name, but it was after midnight and we were so tired. I think he knew that and was very kind!! The woman doing the breakfast was also very sweet and made sure we had what we needed. "

"The property view is amazing The villa we stayed in Beautiful The balcony terrible, patio furniture dirty, bird poo, spider webs all over We did the lake view so we could sit outside, but didn’t get to enjoy Kitchen didn’t have enough silverware or plates to accommodate our party of 3 The fan in the 2nd guest room didn’t work, no one came to fix even after we requested maintenance The pool area was nice, only 1 pool was in service, smaller pool and jacuzzi closed The restaurant and bar hours are terrible We stayed until Monday and there was no food or drinks available after 2pm Sunday The menu was very limited Because you’re not close to any restaurants or stores you can’t just leave to get food Luckily we brought all our food The sad part is when I think of a RESORT I DO NOT WANT TO COOK BREAKFAST, LUNCH, and DINNER each day I’m there This is what we had to do There were no other amenities to enjoy because of no staff VERY DISAPPOINTED "

"This was the worst check in experience I’ve had at any hotel. The desk person couldn’t find our reservation and called the manager, who was sleeping. We arrived later than expected with unexpected delays during our 15 hour trip. The system apparently automatically cancelled our reservation without notice- we arrived within a half hour of the system updating. The manager refused to work with Expedia to coordinate our refund so we could rebook. We wanted to stay, but the manager, Jon Peterson, was actually quite rude toward us. I didn’t want to rebook without a refund and he was trying to just get us to book. After his behavior toward me and my partner, we decided to leave. We didn’t feel safe staying there after how he talked to us, tbh. Expedia tried to negotiate with him, especially since we were no longer staying there. He refused to work with them for our refund. Expedia graciously offered us $200 in One Cash, but that did not nearly cover our 4 day stay. We came out of pocket to book another hotel. The customer service was like night and day. Apparently this Microtel has a reputation. The hotel we ended up going to in Villa Rica asked where we were coming from. When we told him, he confirmed that many people end up there, citing bad customer service from the Microtel. I definitely learned a lesson with this experience."

"The night shift staff on duty when we arrived was super. Raven was very accommodating throughout our stay as were all other staff. We've stayed at many Hilton properties across the US, including Hawaii. Raven is at the top of her class. Now if they would get the Bremen Hampton remodeling started and done. Great job Carrollton, Georgia Hampton staff."
