"Wouldn’t stay in a OYO Apart hotel again. Roku remote wouldn't working so I ended up downloading an app so I could control the tv. No tea/coffee milk sachets etc, considering a kettle was provided we found that surprising. We purchased some items at the shop for tea in the morning, and then discovered the kettle didn’t work!!! Went to the shared kitchen instead and no kettle in there either! Also the shouting, swearing and arguing coming from another room at 5am made our stay even less enjoyable and disturbed our sleep. Also the mattress on the single bed was so noisy with the springs that it could have done with being replaced. Having staff onsite may have solved all these issues. Despite me messaging twice regarding all the issues, I’ve had no response. Very poor! Needless to say I won’t stay again. "

The positive was the price and the included continental breakfast which was self service and had a good selection. "

The staff were super friendly, the rooms have recently been refurbished and the room I stayed in was beautiful. This is now my new favourite place to stay in the area and I will be back. Thank you.
