It’s a contactless checking and you will be asked to self identify by submitting your ID and taking a face scan. "I had a great stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was amazing, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite seeing some other reviews mention hot water issues, I had no problems at all and had consistent hot water during my stay. Overall, it was a pleasant and smooth experience. Thank you to the team for making my stay enjoyable."
