There was even dog hair on my bedding when I arrived… I’m allergic to animal dander. Even the jacuzzi tub in the room had left residue on the tip of the bubbles when filled. Shower had hair in it still. The windowsill on the bay window was FULL OF DEAD BUGS! The dirt and dust on the outside of the banister made me question if housekeeping even cleaned before we came."

"I booked my hotel off of hotels.com. I live 2 hrs from Erie pa. The plan was to pay for this beautiful hotel and swim all day. No other plans. We get there and the pool is closed for renovations. A paper was given to us if we want to swim we can go next door. This was absolute false advertisement. Our trip was ruined. So we paid an insane amount for no amenities because everything is closed or under construction "

"Ok hotel. Carpet looked dingy and burn spots from smokers. Hall and stairwell could have used some extra vacuuming. Floor of the shower looked dirty, but could just be discolored from use."

"Parking felt a bit sketchy, entry doors to building had no locks so anyone could access building and door closures didn't work so you could hear doors slamming loudly all the time. Room was okay, appeared clean and in good order. Overall it felt like it was decent but not safe and secure."
