Totalmente completo. 😍 O único problema que eu encontrei foi no quarto 353 se foi a luz 3 veces e pensarão que foi o meu convertidor de energia de 220 a 110. Porém descobriram que foi outra coisa e repararam depois que eu troquei de quarto para o 369. O demais foi excelente."

"Spacious room, comfortable bed, but a bit dated. The location was convenient because there is a mall nearby (there is an interior passage to the mall) which was good for further food options. The staff was excellent - very helpful and kind!"

They even made me a special team (on the house!) when they learned I had caught a cold. The attention to detail, from personalized service to ensuring everything is perfect (including parking space), is exceptional. "This property was a huge disappointment. The kitchen was completely unusable - cups, plates, and pans were dirty and greasy, many were damaged, and the drawers were broken. The entire area felt unhygienic and was crawling with cockroaches. Because of this, I couldn’t prepare any meals and had to spend extra money on online food delivery every day, which was not part of my budget. This not only increased my costs but also caused great inconvenience during my stay. The property urgently needs a deep cleaning, replacement of kitchenware, and proper pest control. Until that happens, I cannot recommend staying here. "
