The fitness room was closed because of construction. I believe that should’ve been disclosed in your option page when booking a room. It’s a very least there should be a discount rate because of the construction and the fact that the fitness room was unavailable to travelers. We sit in the car for over 10 hours and traffic and stress, and we look forward to coming and relieving some of that stress in the fitness room of a hotel. When it’s closed, it’s a negative effect on I us as travelers.
