Only when we enter in the room the floor was little bit dirty but I called the reception and after two minute cleaning lady come, say sorry, and clean everything.
The people work in the cosmopolitan are very good person and help me and my family for everybody ๐โ

O quarto estava limpo, organizado, as toalhas e as roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas. A cama รฉ bastante confortรกvel, o banheiro รฉ grande e chuveiro gostoso. O quarto dispรตe de ar condicionado e ventilador de teto, e foram maravilhosos nesses dias tรฃo quentes.
O Anfitriรตes e toda equipe foram cordiais, educados, gostamos muito.
Cafรฉ da manhรฃ รฉ simples, mas atende bem.

โThe location of the hotel was very good, it was really close to the supermarket and the beach, and the location was excellent. However, the only downside was that the hotel was overall old, so the air conditioner and bathroom exhaust fan were very noisy, and the room overall was small. However, the receptionist was very friendly and the valet parking was also very good.โ
โWe had a great experience at Ibis Santos, provided us with easy access to the beach, church and restaurants with walkable distances. Overall, we had a great experience. โ

โAtendimento muito bom. Nรฃo รฉ nenhum hotel de luxo, mas uma pousada bem aconchegante e limpa. Oferece toalhas para banho, cafรฉ da manhรฃ e tem como estacionar na porta.โ
