โIn my case, I don't have any complain, the room is good. The bathroom is clean, and the staff is pretty good. I was here before, and for me is ok! My stay here is peaceful!โ
โVery cool room on the corner with great views of the ocean and New Haven! Very nice staff! The hotel is close to everything in New Haven as well as being right off the highway.โ
โThe hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but thatโs common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot.
The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue.
