"The hotel itself was great. Room and amenities very good. However, my credit card was charged for the room cost even though I had already prepaid on Expedia. I queried this and was told it was a mistake and would be refunded. Still waiting after 2 weeks. Hotel state they have refunded it, bank categorically state that they have not refunded it. Most worrying part is that I never left my credit card details with the hotel. I paid the resort tax via contactless payment so the hotel have somehow obtained my details from that. "

"Inconvenient place but not so far from the beach. The hostel located among apartments complex. The rooms are outdated and need renovation. The locker room was extremely small where not even my backpack would fit in. The bed was ok with high clearance above and with lower beds as well. The temperature overnight was very cold. "

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Room spacious and clean. Excellent shower. Only faults were lack of full length mirror and lack of sockets, however did not detract from overall comfort. Slightly disappointed in pool area both due to size - rather small for size of hotel and number of guests and it only catches sun from around 1pm. Beach is only across the road so easy to spend time there. Hotel will supply towels, mats, umbrellas and water. Overall a good stay "
