"Room was not clean. Don't even know if sheets were cleaned. Hair was in every dresser drawer and had to clean the shelves myself becase they were visually dusty. Room was not ready at check in. Food was the best part, many different choices and warm."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Thermostat didn't work very well so the room temp was never quite comfortable. Every staff member that I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent. They had lots of choices including fruit, yogurt, oatmeal pancakes, cereal, cinnamon rolls, eggs, bacon and more. We ate in the middle of the breakfast hours and some of the food was cold, some was really good, and some was burnt. Maybe we just hit it on an off day or time, wouldn't object to staying there again"

"Thought it was just average overall. Below average from a smell standpoint. All of the common areas smelled like pot. Surface renovations are apparent but when you look at things like door hinges it’s rough. Disappointed I paid about $200 for a night thinking it would be more upscale. "

"The room was very nice and spacious. The morning after I arrived, the refrigerator was not working properly. I called the front desk. They apologized and said they would get someone right out to fix it. The maintenance personnel came and gave me a completely different refrigerator which worked. I was very impressed "
