Room was clean and comfortable but the staff made the stay so nice. They all were extra nice and helpful we were traveling with son a 40 year old quadriplegic who uses a power chair. Everything was so accessible. Thank you for the great stay.

Leticia was very helpful and friendly at check-in. She also quickly helped adjust the room’s a/c for special heating controls when it got so cold in the evening. Bed was very comfortable and had a nice quiet evening. Nice breakfast of not over cooked sausage and fluffy eggs. Other take away breakfast snacks were available as well.

A nice place to stay when in the Valdosta area. The room rates were reasonable, the amenities were good, the room was clean, and the staff service was good. I liked their comfy beds, spacious room, and clean bathroom. I also liked their fitness room which was helpful for my needs. There's an indoor pool as well which I wish I had time to use.

Check in and check out was seamless. Room was clean. The indoor pool was clean and towels were provided in that area so we didn’t have to use the room towels. There were accessible vending and ice machines visible so you didn’t have to hunt for them. Breakfast options were standard.
