he exterior grounds and walkway were filthy and had too many splotches of white paint all over the sidewalks and starirs to count. We were unable to get the heat to work but fortunately it did not get extremely cold that night. It was still uncomfortable. The fluorescent light above the sink outside the bathroom did not work and the TV was extremely difficult to operate and the following morning we could not even get any signal at all. I guess no one rerpresenting Expedia has ever stayed there or they would be ashamed to link their brand to the hotel.

When I reported to the front desk on day 2 of our 5 day stay I was told the room would be marked Out of Order after we left. He said he couldn't move us as there was no where to put us. The carpet was soaking wet all in front of the air conditioner. The air conditioner was so loud and clanky it woke us up when it kicked on. The bathroom door would not close. The bathroom sink was clogged so we had to brush our teeth in the bathtub. I spent too much money on this hotel stay and was hoping for some sort of refund. They should be ashamed! I did leave the housekeeper am $8 tip even though no one ever asked if we needed any more coffee, tissues, etc.

Staff is exceptionally great! A good variety of food within walking distance and good parking. Any issues we’ve had have been handled immediately. Always a pleasure to stay.

We had to book last minute. The staff member was great and tried his best. The staff member was alone. With lots of people to help. The room we booked and paid for was not avalible. Only 1 bed for 4 people left. The room was not very clean. Was not the best experience.

I like how everything was in walking distance to where ever you may need to go from shopping, eating &etc.. The rooms are outdated & a couple of things were broken. The curtains were disgusting. But everything else was ok! Staff was very helpful & friendly!!!

We love love love this motel! Yes there are a ton of horrible reviews and maybe there are some rooms that are still being remodeled. However, we've now stayed in two different rooms, a king size back in July and this weekend, a dbl. They were both clean and comfortable!! Eric is awesome and all the housekeepers are so sweet! Everyone is awesome and so accommodating! The pool is clean and ready to swim. The parking lot is clean, the trash cans around the property(under stairwells) are changed out every morning. There is a mall right across the parking lot, definitely not abandoned, its a full functioning mall in and outdoor, they just close at Eight pm. 💁‍♀️ Literally right smack dab in the middle of a bazillion different food options, lots of things, within walking distance, Five minutes to walmart, and less than Twenty minutes to Wild Adventures. How can ya turn it down?? Now its not a brand new or even newerish place, so of course it needs some repair and is for sure still being updated and remodeled, it is a process afterall. The front office is always so clean and smells so fresh. O and the 1st floor ice machine is working again 😁There is a Fifty dollar Incidental deposit so be prepared, it Does say that when booking, reading is fundamental....although some reviews say otherwise so just wanted to throw it out there and they put it right back on your card when you check out, next bus day usually

The property is older an in need of an upgrade. The room had a dank odor, thank God for Lysol. The room had cockroaches around the sink. I killed several every time I turned on the light. I would not recommend this property. The only saving grace was the air conditioner worked well.

This is not a 5 star hotel, but it does the trick and it's fairly clean for its age. I recommend. The front desk young lady was polite and professional even though she was pulling long shifts and they had a staff shortage. High five to that young lady!

Although it's next to the mall the premises are not clean and the landscape is not kept up. The place is really dated. People were hanging out. I will not be staying there again. I guess you get what you pay for. I had to wait 20vminues minutes before I'm could check in although it says you can check in by 3:00 the room not available.

The room was nice and clean and didn’t have any weird smells. My key card was faulty and I kept having to go to the main office to get it fixed. My microwave turned on for a second and instantly cut off and wouldn’t cut back on! The bathroom floor had odd stains and the toilet was stained. But the bed was comfortable the ac worked really well. And the shower head was detachable and the water pressure was great. So I’m the end I actually enjoyed my little weekend there and honestly wouldn’t mind going back but just making sure I get a slightly better room.
