weather kept my flight from landing in Juneau and with the help of Hotels.com, Frontier Suites agreed to not charge for the missed reservation. This was unexpected but very appreciated.

Super 8 by Wyndham Juneau
Customer service was great. Friendly driver/front desk. First room had no heat but I was brought a heater. They later gave me a new room. Was able to drop me back at the airport during the snow storm. I would recommend.
