Was clean, is in need of an update, stair wells filled with bed linen, lifts not working, bar/restaurant had inattentive staff, but all were very polite when you managed to get someone. When I brought the issue up to staff their response was that they "thought they took care of the problem this morning" and that they would simply vacuum up the bugs instead of properly cleaning the room or offering me a new one. The issue was not resolved and I told them I could not stay at this hotel if they could not find me a clean room. They refused to refund me the value of my stay because it was too late for them to rent out the bug infested room to...
