"Beautiful building/lobby/room. Brand new hotel with high end finishes. Smells great. As others have said, the service has a lot to desire. We arrived Memorial Day weekend, Saturday around 12:00pm. No bellboy was available so we handled our own luggage from the car to the room. We changed and went to the pool around 12:30. There was no one at the pool and there were no towels. We stood around for 20 minutes in the blazing sun, no one came. I went inside, spoke to the front desk, they said they will send someone. 15 minutes later no one came. I went back inside and spoke to the manager. He said someone will be at the pool shortly. 10 minutes later no one came. I went back inside a third time, the manager now said they are working on getting more towels. I asked if we go to the beach would they have lounge chairs and towels? He said absolutely. We went to the beach, no towels, but at least we were able to get lounge chairs and umbrella. We had to wait another 30 minutes for towels and fight with other people to get them as they only brought out 4!!! Pretty crazy, definitely not 5* standards. Once they get the right management, staff and training this can be a really nice resort."
