“The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Friendly helpful kitchen staff and a full spread of healthy and fresh options. Our family was quite impressed. Reception staff were not very friendly or helpful. I think they are used to business travelers and not helping families get oriented. Also the hotel is not actually in the town proper, it is about 10 mins away by car. It is also situated off a very main road, which gets quite loud early in the morning.

“Great place to recharge yourself and the most energy wise place we stayed in on our three weeks vacation in Europe. Rooms were very comfortable with heat and humidity controlled for a restful night. The area is interesting with nearby towns with historical buildings and sightseeing. Happy we picked this Gasthof for our stay.”

“Schöner Aufenthalt”

“Helpful friendly staff on arrival. Hotel was cleana and tidy. There is an honesty bar which was appropriated after a 10 hour drive. Breakfast was good with a decent choice of food. Parking could be an issue if you arrive late as there are limited spaces. And the hotel is very close to a church with a bell tower than rings every 15 minutes throughout the day and night which woke us up repeatedly, especially on the hour when it rang the number of times corresponding to what time it was. And at 7am...
