"I have traveled to the Les Arcs area many times, but I have never had such a terrible experience. The hotel room was absolutely terrible: dirty, moldy, and not at all suitable for families. The guest bathroom and bedroom probably haven't been cleaned in decades. The furniture appears to be original, and the bedding is stinky. Additionally, I paid extra for the sheet set, only to find it stained, as if it had never been washed. Communication with the owner was also terrible. Please, DO NOT TAKE...

"Les Crêtes Blanches is an old, dirty and uncomfortable family run hotel. It claims to offer a savoyard family home experience but to deliver that it needs a major renovation of the entire building and an serious upgrade on bedding and bathroom standards. At 400€/night, it is way below market standards of cleanliness and comfort. It's a good example of an establishment taking advantage of high demand to charge whatever they feel. It isn't worth more than 150€/night, and I'm being generous. And...

"Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. "it was the worst experience I ever had booking with Hotels. It is not a place or management team that is worth of being on your platform. In the email of confirmation there was nothing said about the place not offering bed linen, towels or even TOILET PAPER..... indeed we arrived and had none of the above.
