Location, kids friendly, staff and service.
Perfect if you have an early flight the next day. The staffs were very courteous, patient and preemptive. They have games and toys for hire free of charge and gave my girls foam plane toys. When one of them lost a part a staff saw me looking around at the lobby and actively offered me another one.
We enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks session that runs until around 9PM.
They have shuttle bus to the airport, very handy when you age travelling with kids and lots of bags. Would recommend.
