加古川駅から徒歩5分程度のところにあるビジネスホテルです。建物自体が、加古川商工会議所や加古川青年会議所も兼ね備えているからか、商工会に所属する人たちの社交場にもなっており、シンプルで整然とした内装を基調に、要所要所に設えられた調度品やアート作品が豪華さを演出しています。ホテル内のレストランだけでなく、駅からの道程に、コンビニエンスストアーや居酒屋、カフェ等がいくつかあるため、食事や食料調達には不便さはありません。 客室の広さや清潔さ等の構造は、他のビジネスホテルと遜色ありません。バスルームも同様に狭いですが、多くの宿泊客の利用によってもう取れなくなった汚れ等はほとんど見られない程に清潔に保たれ、快適に利用できると思います。一方で客室に出入りするための鍵は金属製のもので、カードキーではありません。客室フロアへの昇降のエレベーターにも、利用するフロアに停止させるための専用のセンサーは備わっていません。カードキーによる客室への入室システムに慣れている宿泊客は、セキュリティ面で少し不安を覚えるかもしれません。 このホテルの最大の特徴は、何と言っても静かに過ごせることです。駅に近いにも関わらず、電車や車の往来の喧騒はほとんど聞こえてきません。またエアコンや冷蔵庫の駆動音も静かで、夜は余計な音を耳にすることなくぐっすり眠れると思います。 スタッフの接客対応は、過度に近づきすぎず適度な距離を保ちながらの接客で、とりわけ言及するところは無いと思います。
