We loved that the room/condo was central located to walk everywhere. But we rented a car and had free parking in the garage as well. Smooth check-in. They let us check in early which was nice and quick as well. If you have a car make a stop at Walmart for groceries, it was nice to make our own meals at times in our room. Or take picnic lunches to go. Definitely check out Donut King down the street, the nicest people and amazing donuts until 9 pm. I am in love with their cro-nuts (croissant donuts). We loved our stay at the Royal Kuhio. Even did our laundry before heading home.

Loved our stay here! They provided shell leis upon arrival, staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained the extras they have, for example wine and cheese party on certain days, washer and dryers, lei making on special days, quick to respond to extras for the room. Pool area was small but clean. They give you towel cards to get towels to take to the beach. The view from our room was amazing! We had 2 balconies and both were furnished, one side overlooked the city and the other at the ocean. We had the 1 bedroom suite ocean view. The kitchen had a large window and sliding glass door that looked out to the ocean. Full kitchen available with filtered water and ice cubes! Coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, utensils, dishwasher, microwave. Oven and stove! Big room, bathroom was also large with a full closet and drawers. They even had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion all great quality and large bottles im the shower attached for your use! Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again

We loved the location but the pool had no views unless you pay extra for the cabanas. The chairs were are packed so close to one another it was very uncomfortable and awkward. We attempted to go to the breakfast buffet at the beginning of the week and arrived 5 min early. The restaurant staff greeted us with "Not open until 6:30
