We had a very relaxing few days stay.
But the property does need maintenance and repairs."

"Nice resort. Staff was mixed, some very helpful and nice, but others not so much. I do wish there were a couple more food options, the few places all had the same mix of items. It was really crowded at times throughout the stay. Room was nice, but quite small. Had a nice trip overall."
"We had an issue with our rental car on the way from the airport to the property. The valet guts were so helpful and accommodating to us! As our first impression of the property, they could not have done better. All the staff were friendly. We did have a view of the ocean and the pool from our room."
"First time in Hawaii, and we could not have been more impressed with our choice to stay at Napili Kai. The staff was outstanding and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was perfect, we had a garden view overlooking the putting green, and we were lucky enough to also have a beautiful view of the ocean.
The resort itself has such a relaxed and authentic Maui feel, which we really appreciated compared to some of the larger, busier resorts nearby. If you’re on the fence about booking here or staying at one of the big resorts, Napili Kai is the only correct answer!"
"We had the ocean view suite and we could see the ocean and the pool. Our suite had 2 balconies (one in the master bedroom and another off the living room). The kitchen area had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was also a bonus that we had an in-suite washer and dryer. Overall a wonderful experience "
"Very nice place not a lot of activities to do and only has 1 shop. Could use a better way of letting people know what and where the limited activities were "
"Great pool, clean room and property. I got lucky and my condo overlooked the pool. Overall it was a great experience. There was some issues with finding a parking spot and some occupants parking in a manner that took two spots, but the front desk made a space available in the front lobby lot for me. It would have been even better if the condo had some of the basics for a tropical vacation-beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella or even some basic snorkel gear. Sadly, I had to access the beach without a towel or something to sit on. "
