"We had a great experience during our stay. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the heated pool, it was a game changer on some of the windiest days.
We visited during a busy period when the hotel had a lot of guests, so the pool felt crowded during peak hours. This also affected the breakfast experience, which felt less relaxed than we had hoped. There was often a line for breakfast, and we ended up taking ours to go. The quality was good, and we especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and the variety of pastries.
If you use valet parking, it can feel a little chaotic at times due to the limited space available, but the service itself was very good. Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully cared for.
We enjoyed seeing the penguins and the birds on the property. Our room was amazing and offered an excellent ocean view. Staying on the 18th floor was ideal. it helped minimize noise from the pool area while still allowing us to enjoy the sound of the ocean. The nights were very peaceful and had a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere."
"We loved this hotel. While it's not a classic 'on the beach' resort, beaches are close by and the overall setting is beautiful. We had one of the 'fire lanai' rooms which turned out to be a great choice. The staff was great too. Next time we go to Maui, we plan to stay here again!"
"The bed. Plan to have a back ache most of the nights . It was rough. Used the pull out to help the ache.
Besides that, it was nice . No maid service.
Plenty of glasses, utensils, pans, pots for two.
We did call half way though to refresh the room and they did a nice job.
If they got a new bed, and sitting furniture it would help . All is very worn ."
