“We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night. We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish. It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon. Overall a great experience. ”

“Food served with tons of flies. No basic laundry service. Iron and iron board in a horrible state. Old food left in fridges and rotting on the first day I checked in. Dirty bedding. Very disappointing. Floor staff were literally scared of us asking for anything because of the state of facilities. ”

“Property is beautiful and staff is amazing. Issue is our AC in the room broke down during the night and It didn’t come til next day 10am and it was 34 Celsius or 94 Fahrenheit . ”

“Loved the stay! They have upgraded us without an additional fee. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They clean the room twice a day (replenish and tidying). Very helpful when I lost my phone. Highly recommended ”

“The staff was very friendly and the yoga session conducted for us in the morning is very good. The yoga instructor makes a real effort to help us learn yoga. Food was nice and the rooms were clean. Overall, it is a great place to relax and spend a weekend. I would definitely return to this hotel again. ”

“"Sea view" heisst hier direkt am unverbauten Strand sein Zimmer zu bekommen (mit aufmerksamer Bewachung) - wunderbar. Der Pool ist sehr gross und für Streckenschwimmen geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und professionell. Der Manager ist überall sichtbar und führt sein Resort ausgezeichnet. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!”

“Place was good and all things acceptable. Stay was plasant with very oblidging staff. However, the location is terrible. Very difficult to find and is road, if you can call it a road, is horrible. Full of flooded potholes in complete darkness at night.”

“It was unique in that it wasn’t in the place shown on the map. The local people had never heard of it. and they didn’t reply to phone calls. I didn’t stay there because I couldn’t find it! It’s not on Main st, as they claim . I doubt if I will get a refund. Annoyed. ”
