The breakfast and dinner were delicious, but there is only Japanese food and green tea, so if you want something else you should take it with you. "Pretty solid stay! I just needed about 3 days when visiting Kyoto and Osaka. I was surprised that they wanted me to turn in my key every time I went out though. You need to make a reservation if you want to eat breakfast, I didn't go because it seemed like hassle "

"Loved this traditional stay in Kyoto, the breakfast was great and the tub in the bathroom was so relaxing after a long day of walking. The only thing is if you don’t have a car rental it can be tricky planning your day based on the bus routes. The bus stop is only a minute walk away but if you miss a bus you may have to wait a while for the next one. Overall loved staying here!"
