"The worst hotel I've ever been to. What is shown on the live site is not at all what we got. The rooms were filty.esp the bathroom. The water tap was not even functioning properly. Regret booking this place. Also booked 2 rooms with 2 queenbeds but the receptionist said only have 1 room with 2 queenbeds. I was given a room with 1 queenbed for the price of 2 queenbeds.totally disappointed with the room and the condition with poor cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel. "

"部屋は清潔だしスタッフの対応も良いです。ただ初日、シャワーの使い方が分からず、スタッフを寄越してくれると言われたきり誰も来ず(シャワーの出し方はその後自分で理解)。部屋にある内線はかけてもつながりませんでした。歩いてショッピングモールまで行きたい場合、大きな道路を渡る必要があるのでちょこちょこ出掛けたい人にはあまりオススメではないかもしれません。"

Just because you arbitrarily decide that the customer paid too little, it's bad business practice and unprofessional to demand more money making the paid customer feel like either they pay you more money or they won't have access to internet restored. Also, and I should mention this because I still don't know what it was but if you are thinking of staying here, ask what the blinking red light...
