"It's worth staying here just for the view. Happily there's more reasons than that though. We spent 3 nights at Lagou Raxi and we all loved it, including my teens. "The building & rooms are a little dated. Some maintenance is definitely required. Our room was spacious, but had a badly scratched floor & missing panel on the vanity in the bathroom. The staff were wonderful & always helpful. A nice bonus to have a complimentary bus into town that you booked the night before. No lifts, but the staff helped with our cases so it wasn’t a problem."

The room was a bit tight for a family of four, and the uphill location might be challenging for those with mobility issues—especially older guests. "Fantastic service by all of the staff at this amazing hotel. Hotel is close to the beach and has a great pool. Very easy to get to Skiathos town by bus. Hotel restaurant has delicious food and there are other restaurants walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay here. "

"It is a kilometre away from city centre but if you walk a half a kilometer, you will find restaurants, they just won’t have the same energy as the city center, which if you’re looking for a quiet environment is perfect. The staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an out of this world experience."

"Hotel was ok but a little dated for a 5 star. Staff were all good and helpful. They even got a pump to pump up a punctured scooter tyre. The sausages bacon eggs beans tomatoes mushrooms and potatoes were cold every morning no matter what time you went to breakfast. At £250 per night for B and B this is unexceptable."
