The name of the hotel is Osakaya so please use that when searching- although that also did not work on some apps so we had to find it on the map ourselves. I messaged the hotel staff during the window of time necessary to cancel without late-cancellation fees, however the staff did not respond to me until after that window had passed, and would not budge on their policy of charging me for the entire stay.
